At Sunbear Care we make use of the latest technology using the PASS System. This extraordinary system assists our Care Workers to keep track of their care schedule and records at the touch of a button on their phone.

Our staff can log onto the app from their phone and from there they can read the care visit notes, confirm the time of the visit and record their own notes after they have visited. Any appropriate changes and updates to the visit itself or the time of the visit, can be promptly communicated with the Care Worker so that they are continuously delivering the most up to date care.

If you would like to have access to your loved ones’ records we can give you access to use the Open Pass. In this way you will have 24 hour access to all care visit notes by logging in remotely. You will be able to read the care logs that have taken place. Open Pass is a shared and GDPR compliant view of care that is a portal for families, GP’s, social workers, paramedics and allied care professionals.
