With many years of experience in the domiciliary care, I am committed to making sure we at Sunbear Care are delivering the highest quality of care out in the community. I am responsible for the overall management and direction of Sunbear Care, which includes not only the customers wellbeing and receiving a service they are happy with, but also looking after our staff, and making sure they have every opportunity to develop themselves in their careers.

Charlot – Registered Care Manager

As the Registered Care Manager I’m responsible for the delivery of a high-calibre domiciliary care service to our community. I collaborate with the director to make strategic decisions about the future and growth of our care service. With 45 years experience in care under my belt, I have the knowledge and expertise required in these times of increased demand of domiciliary care services.

Jos – Operation Manager

Working in care is where I belong. I can be offered the most amazing job in the world with the best benefits, but my heart wants to be in the caring industry. This is what truly makes me happy, I want to be that hero and voice for those who need it. I feel privileged in that I have worked in various roles myself from delivering care, to operational management and this is helpful having an extensive range of experience in all the very different roles involved in care to orchestrate a premium care service.

Having graduated with a bachelors degree in nursing, I have years of experience in caring for individuals with diverse needs. I have extensive training in dementia care, palliative care, and hold certifications in adult and children’s safeguarding. I am responsible for the wellbeing of our lovely customers and our dedicated care workers. I pride myself with my attention to detail, my compassion, and my dedication for the care industry.

Michelle – Care Supervisor

After graduating with a BA Degree in Fine Art and then an MA in Art History, I worked for several years as both an Exhibiting Artist and Gallery Administrator in Central London. I then began working towards an ongoing PhD which brings together both visual arts and philosophy in an exploration of long term and chronic illness as a transformative process. I was drawn to pursue a role in care following the life-altering experience of caring for a loved
